Wir, das People & Relations Team, sind ein buntes und starkes Team, bestehend aus 18 Professionals an den Standorten Berlin und Hamburg. Mit unseren individuellen Stärken decken wir verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche ab: Recruiting, Personalentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung, Beratung, Moderation, Kommunikation und Coaching.

Was du tun wirst
- Administrative Umsetzung aller personellen Einzelmaßnahmen in SAP
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Vertragsergänzungen
- Betreuung und Pflege bestehender HR Tools
- AnsprechpartnerIn für alle MOIA MitarbeiterInnen zu allen abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
- Beantwortung und Umsetzung von Mitarbeiteranfragen zu Benefits
- Unterstützung im Bereich HR-Controlling
- Eigenständige Übernahme von HR-Projekten
- Dokumentation relevanter HR Prozesse
- Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung von Compliance Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Together4Integrity Programms der Volkswagen AG
Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen
- Langjährige Erfahrung als HR-Manager/People Operations Manager (m/w/d) oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung der relevanten Personalprozesse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP HCM oder SAP Success Factors
- Routinierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
- Eigenständige, strukturierte, serviceorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
