Join our People & Relations team - a colorful set of 17 professionals across Berlin and Hamburg. Our team is made up of three different focus areas: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering. You will join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, where the magic of recruitment happens.  

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process. Along with gaining real-world experience in interviewing candidates for various teams, you’ll support the onboarding process of new team members - from pre-boarding to their first days. You'll ensure our new joiners have a seamless and memorable start at MOIA, making their transition into the team smooth and exciting! 

The role and your impact at MOIA 

  • Support our TA team in creating a smooth and positive candidate experience while managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and helping create employment contracts and internship agreements. 
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate directly with candidates for an efficient hiring process. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (tech and non-tech) to help find and hire the best working students and interns for their teams.  
  • Assist with onboarding our new hires, from pre-boarding to their first day, you’ll make sure they feel welcomed and informed.  

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills. 

What will help you to fulfill your role  

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program
  • You are passionate about People & Relations topics. Any previous experience in recruiting is a bonus.  
  • You’re confident speaking English (our company language), and German skills are a plus! 
  • You’re eager to take ownership of projects and develop yourself over the next 6 months. 

Since this is an internship, the salary for this position is 12,41 EUR/hour. We are looking for someone to join us 40 hours per week for six months, ideally starting 01.01.2025. We look forward to your application!

Student Community 

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.  

As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
