During the buying experience with our Mondu service, there may be some questions or issues that cause the buyer to contact Mondu, or there may be internal operational issues that need to be resolved in order for the buyer to have a positive experience. 

The goal of the Customer Operations function is to address these questions and issues and to be able to assist buyers in resolving any issues that may arise. The goal of Customer Operations is to exceed buyer expectations in the process to create a "wow" experience for the buyer.

We are looking for the Customer Operations Specialist

👩‍💻👨‍💻 What you’ll do:

Your job is to deliver excellent service and support through different channels and always find the best solutions for our customers. You will work with teams from different departments, such as accounting, sales and product, to help our customers with problems or questions. 

  • Represent Mondu with your helpful and understanding manner and enable the users to have an extraordinary Mondu experience
  • Develop your own approaches for solutions, find the appropriate solution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and also take responsibility for your own projects
  • Communicate with our customers through different channels and at different points of their customer journey
  • Exceed our customers' expectations when they come to us with questions or problems
  • Use the existing tools for problem solving and bring suggestions for improvements to our tools

🏅 What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support and/or customer operations
  • Experience with various helpdesk applications (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot etc.)
  • Good command of written and spoken German as well as a good command of English
  • Excel at being empathetic, friendly, diplomatic, calm and live a hands-on mentality
  • You are attentive, proactive, and see where your support is needed and it is your inner desire to help others
  • Good communication skills, both in spoken and written

It would be a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with B2B products and customers
  • Have a keen interest in Fintech and the tech startup ecosystem
  • You've gathered firsthand experience with various helpdesk applications (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot etc.)
