Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be tasked with building and using research methods to study the company’s customers and their behaviors when interacting with our products and services. You will be generating a range of qualitative and quantitative data on our customers, focusing on their attitudes and behaviors. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our team of designers, product specialists, engineers and especially our customers to enhance the excellence of our products.
What you’ll get to do
User Discovery
- Create, plan and execute user research workshops.
- Conduct user research using appropriate research methodologies.
- Distill and present research findings to key stakeholders.
Usability Testing
- Design and execute appropriate usability tests for a product of feature.
- Collate, analyze and report on findings to key stakeholders.
Product Design
- Develop, test & iteratively improve low-fidelity wireframes for features and products.
- Coordinate product design (high fidelity & prototypes) efforts using validated theories.
Product Analytics
- Set up and monitor key product OKPs & KPIs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on product usage and report findings to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
Experience
- Senior - 3+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, user research or any related position.
Skills
- Proficiency in various user research techniques.
- Proficiency in various user usability testing techniques.
- Proficiency in various user data analysis techniques.
- Communication
- Effectively and appropriately communicate with various internal & external stakeholders.
- Reporting
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- High bandwidth & organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently manage and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Collaboration
- Experience in working with several cross-functional teams. Diplomatically present your findings across to encourage buy-in.
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
- Experience designing or creating user interfaces
