As we are scaling, we are looking for an Account Scout (Germany) to join our Commercial Development team of innovative thinkers and contributors! Our Account Scouts are one of the most important pillars at Moss and make a decisive contribution to our sales growth. As the first point of contact for customers, you will arouse their interest and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the process. Through customer proximity and data-driven decision-making, you support us in achieving our targets.

What you will do:

  • Contact leads and qualify potential customers for Moss
  • Work closely with prospective customers and generating interest by recognising their needs and proposing solutions that meet their business’s needs
  • Iterate upon email sequences, sales scripts, and objection handling strategy
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our target audience’s objectives and pain points through market research
  • Contribute to other sales-related project tasks as needed

What you bring to the table:

  • You have already gained work experience in a fast-growing company or you are a bachelor's or master's degree student with relevant internship experience in this field
  • You are fluent in German
  • You are talented at grasping problems and solutions quickly and you can familiarise yourself well with customers from different segments
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • You have experience in, or at least a great deal of interest in, a constantly evolving product
  • You have a high level of customer orientation and advisory skills
  • You are a team player, but you can just as easily work independently and drive your own projects
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to approach challenges proactively
