What you will do:

As a Customer Success Leader, you'll play a key role in our Customer Success Team by mentoring and coaching your team members. You'll also work closely with our clients to help them use Moss successfully. In doing so, you will build up close relationships with our customers and help them to achieve their goals through your understanding and know-how. With the help of usage data and analyzes, you'll identify optimization potential and growth opportunities and manage to develop your customers further. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience leading fast-growth teams
  • Wide experience in a B2B SaaS or working on the post-sales side with a financial product
  • High degree of customer orientation and advisory skills
  • Ability to grasp problems and solutions quickly, you can familiarize yourself well with customers from different segments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience, or at least a great interest in a constantly developing product
  • You are a team player, but you can just as easily work independently and drive your own projects
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that takes you a long way with us and you approach challenges proactively
  • You are fluent in German and English
