As we are scaling, we are looking for a Marketing Lead for The Netherlands to join our Marketing team of innovative thinkers and contributors! Moss is expanding into the Netherlands and along with the team, you will develop, enhance and maintain our web application platform and play a pivotal role in developing our product and growing the local business. This role is ideal for a highly hands-on, yet strategic all-rounder, who can plan and execute our Dutch growth story together with our local Sales team and supported by our central Marketing team.

What you will do:

  • Lead our local Marketing efforts and turn Moss into a strong brand within the Netherlands, reporting directly to the Country Manager and supported by our central Marketing organization
  • Develop and manage the strategy, budget, and hands-on execution of our local Marketing initiatives  including go-to-market, sales enablement, customer acquisition strategy, product marketing, and PR & Communications
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to develop and execute the production of local sales collateral, digital assets, thought leadership content, case studies, testimonials, campaign content, and distribution through organic and paid media channels
  • Identify effective paid marketing channels to build brand awareness and drive lead generation; plan and execute campaigns, supported by a Dutch copywriter and our HQ design and paid marketing teams
  • Liaise with local partners and multipliers and work with a local PR agency to educate the local market about our brand and innovative solution
  • Provide country-specific customer, marketing, and product feedback to HQ teams and act as a local expert for the Dutch market
  • Manage our Dutch copywriter and hire additional team members over time as the business grows

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing environment in the Dutch market, preferably at a fast-growing finance or tech company 
  • Effective in developing sales messaging, collateral and assets to empower the local sales team to articulate our value proposition
  • Experience in planning, budgeting and running targeted full-funnel marketing activities through special interest channels (newsletters, podcasts, websites etc.), performance marketing (paid social and search), and email marketing 
  • Strategic and creative thinking and the ability to turn market feedback and customer insights into effective campaigns and sales assets that drive customer growth
  • Great communication skills and an eye for effective storytelling, as well as the ability to turn complex ideas into simple and engaging messages
  • Hands-on and data-driven self-starter with the ability to execute independently as well as in a cross-functional and multi-country team Native-level Dutch skills and fluent in English
