As a core team member of Moss's Commercial Development team, you will partner closely with our Head of Revenue Operations. You will also be an advocate for Moss's company culture, and independently work with our Sales systems and tools. After this internship you will have a deep understanding of sales operations and strategy within a fast growing startup context. What you will do:

  • Take day-to-day responsibility for regular sales intelligence tasks, including research, analysis and reporting
  • You will support the commercial development team on key initiatives and processes that have direct impact on our go to market strategy and commercial success
  • You will drive business growth and productivity in the sales team by identifying and improving the quality and quantity of data in our CRM system
  • You will leverage a portfolio of sales tech tools to qualify inbound leads according to defined criteria and help in the prioritization of outreach by our sales teams
  • You will be very familiar with our target customer profile in order to effectively and efficiently research and analyze a range of data sources to find both companies and leads which are not currently on our radar

What you bring to the table:

  • Enrolled Bachelor's or Master‘s student in Economics, Business, Finance, or related subject 
  • Initial experiences through at least one prior internship in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
  • Ability to research and analyze information
  • Experience in an efficient handling of large amounts of data
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
  • Be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at the highest positions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and maintaining data in our CRM and other systems as needed
  • Enjoy working in a team and possess strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
