To this day we have 100’s of live customers, we're awarded Fintech of the year in 2020, and have a team in place with experience building out foundations of numerous successful Fintech companies. 
As we are scaling, we are looking for a Commercial Partner Manager who will work closely with our Commercial Leadership Team to build a strong network of strategic channel partners across a variety of industries to be instrumental in driving the growth of the company.
Partner management at Moss is more than just building, developing and supporting our partner network: our team is an integral part of the growth strategy. By integrating and collaborating with DATEV and partnering with German tax advisors and financial brokers, we are digitizing spend management in the SME sector, and thus significantly driving the digitization of the German SME sector.

What you will do:

  • Build up and strengthen the partnerships with your assigned tax advisors with a focus on lead generation and closing new Moss customers
  • Create and execute joint marketing activities (e.g. Webinars, mailings, etc.) with your partners to build your pipeline
  • Ensure high activation and consistent engagement of your assigned partners in order to strengthen your pipeline
  • Win new customers by owning and executing the sales process
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Team who will take over building out the customer relationship

Your first three months:

  • Get onboarded and trained in the Moss commercial excellence program
  • Get acquainted with and build out your assigned partnerships with 40 tax advisors
  • Start your marketing and lead generation activities with your partners
  • Win your first 10 customers and onboard them to the Moss platform

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years experience in sales or partnerships, ideally in a fast growing SaaS or financial services company
  • Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude
  • Team player with a focus on getting the job done
  • Ability to creating a deep connection with your partners that leads to a long-lasting and commercially successful partnership
  • Great communication skills in German
