We're awarded Fintech of the year in 2020, and have a team in place with experience building out foundations of numerous successful Fintech companies. 

As we are scaling, we are looking for a Commercial Partner Scout who will work closely with our Commercial Leadership Team to build a strong network of strategic channel partners across a variety of industries to be instrumental in driving the growth of the company.
Partner management at Moss is more than just building, developing and supporting our partner network: our team is an integral part of the growth strategy. By integrating and collaborating with DATEV and partnering with German tax advisors and financial brokers, we are digitizing spend management in the SME sector, and thus significantly driving the digitization of the German SME sector.

What you will do:

  • Reach out to tax advisors and create interest in Moss’ partner program
  • Qualify them according to our ideal partner profile
  • Ensure a smooth handover to your tandem Partner Account Executive who will be responsible for closing the partnership
  • In your first three months: Get onboarded and trained in the Moss commercial excellence program, build up and manage your pipeline of 80 tax advisors through email and phone and become an integral part of the Moss’ partner team

What you bring to the table:

  • First experiences in outbound sales, ideally in a fast growing SaaS or financial services company
  • Highly motivated with a self-starter attitude
  • You are talented at grasping problems and solutions quickly and you can familiarise yourself well with customers from different segments
  • You have excellent communication skills in German, both verbally and in writing
  • You have a high level of customer orientation and advisory skills
  • You are a team player, but you can just as easily work independently and drive your own projects
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to approach challenges proactively
