The Role

As a Customer Operations Specialist you will work on a variety of challenging tasks at the interface between customers and our products. You will work independently with customers and support them in getting access to Moss and successfully using our products. Through your customer proximity you provide valuable feedback and support us in optimising processes and achieving our common goals. As a member of the Moss Operations Team, you will contribute to the growth of Moss on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers and accompany them throughout the entire onboarding process 
  • Excite our customers during every interaction and support them with your expertise
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis and prepare customer due diligence documents for customer acceptance
  • Advise and support our customers via telephone, e-mail or chat and process their enquiries independently
  • Actively work on projects and support the optimisation of processes in the operations department

Your Skills & Experience

  • Already gained initial experience in customer-related operations areas such as customer onboarding and customer support - ideally in a B2B startup
  • Convince with your communicative style and you enjoy communicating with customers
  • Strong analytical skills and work carefully and solution-oriented
  • Flexible, proactive and always interested in learning new things and developing yourself further
  • Speak fluent Dutch and English
