We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Netherlands to help us building out the Dutch office. 

Our Recruiting team owns all topics related to talent acquisition, candidate experience and process improvement. We believe in being equal partners to the business and bringing our subject matter expertise to every conversation which helps us consistently improve processes and experiences related to recruiting.

In the next 6-9 months your focus areas will be:
 
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Introduce consistent recruiting processes for the teams you work with
- Support other team members in their growth
- Own and contribute to projects across the Talent and Employer Brand space

What you will do:

As a core team member of Moss’s People team, you will partner closely with unit leaders to own their hiring pipelines: understanding hiring goals, defining the candidate experience, driving outreach, and filling key positions with amazing candidates. You will also be an advocate for Moss’s company culture.   • Be data drive and use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary

  • A track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Tech savviness and know how to engage with talent 
  • Understanding that talent acquisition is not a numbers game - for us, we prefer quality over quantity - and therefore you bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems
  • Know how to balance the different requirements of selling, partnering and challenging your key internal stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate in a concise and structured manner
  • Excitement about process optimization via innovative tools
  • Keen to involve yourself in events and talks pertaining to all things talent acquisition
