To this day we have 100’s of live customers, we're awarded Fintech of the year in 2020, and have a team in place with experience building out foundations of numerous successful Fintech companies.

As we are scaling, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our People & Culture team of innovative thinkers and contributors! Along with the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dept.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the VP People & Culture on defining the strategic roadmap
  • Work conceptually to solve problems and develop frameworks on topics related to culture, talent management and learning, to name a few.
  • Own and lead (i.e. project manage) initiatives; coordinate stakeholders (internal and external) to drive delivery

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-3 years project management experience in HR
  • Strong communication and writing skills (in English, German is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables independently
  • High level of comfort working with ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Conceptual and strategic thinker but hands-on when it comes to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High customer orientation and ability to co-create solutions with employees

Nice to haves:

  • Background in Management Consulting is a plus
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders is preferable
  • Facilitation skills a plus
