As we are scaling, we are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to join the high performing Talent Acquisition team of 23 innovative thinkers and contributors! Along with the team, you will develop, enhance and maintain our recruitment operations to take us to the next level.  Working closely with the VP Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for devising TA strategy, developing the team, creating world class recruitment processes and enabling us as a function to be recognised as industry leading.

What you bring to the table

  • 4-5 years working in a Talent Acquisition function with experience of direct hiring, stakeholder relationships and creating exceptional processes
  • Experience in managing ATS platforms and ideally an expert in using and utilising the functionality of Greenhouse
  • Solid experience with data and analytics to inform recruiting decisions
  • Knowledge of market mapping and building talent pools of exceptional candidates
  • A solid understanding of budget management
  • Knowledge and expertise in developing talent professionals 

 What you will be working on

  • You will support the VP Talent Acquisition to drive processes, efficiencies and cost savings that will enable us to become leaders in the talent space
  • Research and implement talent and employer brand tools that will enable the team to operate bore strategically and efficiently
  • Train and develop the TA organisation and hiring manager communities on operational changes to promote excellence
  • Understand and research market trends to keep us ahead of the competition
  • Creating a recruitment operations strategy that delivers and exceptional award winning candidate experience
  • Obtain business and candidate feedback to consistently improve processes aligned with their needs
  • Manage all recruitment systems and tools, research new tools and drive all data and analytics within the team for weekly reporting to the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with all external agencies and vendors
  • Identify, monitor and report on key team and business metrics related to Talent and Employer Branding, including team KPIs and business OKRs
