As we are scaling, we are looking for a Head of Tech Recruitment  to join the high performing Talent Acquisition team of 23 innovative thinkers and contributors! Along with the team, you will develop, enhance and maintain our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting to take us to the next level.  Working closely with the VP Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for devising a TA strategy that stands us out as industry leaders while leading a team of high performing talent acquisition specialists.  We are on a mission to make us the most industry leading TA function and need exceptional talent to take us on that journey.

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years leading an Engineering Talent Acquisition team with experience of direct hiring, stakeholder relationships and creating exceptional processes
  • Experience in managing ATS platforms and ideally an expert in using and utilising the functionality of Greenhouse
  • Solid experience with data and analytics to inform recruiting decisions
  • Knowledge of market mapping and building talent pools of exceptional candidates
  • A solid understanding of budget management
  • Knowledge and expertise in developing talent professionals with innovative and engaging management practises
  • You will be a tech geek and someone who loves the detail of the people you are hiring for

 What you will be working on

  • You will support the VP Talent Acquisition to drive processes, efficiencies and cost savings that will drive our EPD team growth globally
  • You will build out our TA tech stack and work closely with the teams of driving forward slick and meaningful candidate experience
  • You will drive data and analytics and push us to become best in class for all of our recruiting efforts
  • You will form part of the TA Leadership team and be an instrumental part of driving our roadmaps and strategic interventions
  • Work on headcount planning and prioritisation
  • Obtain business and candidate feedback to consistently improve processes aligned with their needs
  • Drive EPD employee growth through effective team management and growth - introducing the right tools when needed
