As we are scaling, we are looking for a Sales Solution Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team of innovative thinkers and contributors! Along with our Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and refining the company's approach to selling to our prospective customers.

What you will do:

  • Provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through online sales efforts
  • Operate as a financial processes expert, promote the sales effort by helping prospective customers understand how Moss’ platform can help optimize their spend management setup
  • Act as the finance/spend management technical lead, controlling the voice and message of interactions with customer finance teams
  • Contribute with original, creative thinking related to solving customer issues or concerns during the sales process, and provide feedback to our product teams on relevant features needed to support our customer acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with our Account Executive team and as needed lead detailed discovery and scoping calls for high-potential prospects
  • Describe the benefits and value of adopting Moss’ platform across an organization
  • Work with our customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations for new customers

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience working and communicating directly with Finance, Accounting and C-Level personnel
  • Ability to quickly review and understand customer’s financial setup to determine spend management needs and how Moss can add value to the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are required
  • Finance and/or accounting experience desired (ideally with you taking part in spend management processes related to Moss’ platform)
  • Experience with value selling or challenger selling a plus
  • Self-motivated and can-do attitude
  • B.S. in Finance, Business Management or equivalent experience
  • Master’s in business administration or similar field a plus
