As we are scaling, we are looking for a skilled Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst  to join a team of innovative thinkers and contributors! Along with our Head of Sales Strategy & Operations Elijah Daley, you will play a pivotal role in building the company's Sales Strategy.

What you will do:

  • You’ll collaborate with Moss’ Head of Sales Strategy & Operations  
  • This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, business analytics, sales operations, and finance – requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimization and business operational support
  • Success in this role means assisting the sales leaders to drive the continued success of Moss by supporting our revenue growth strategy
  • Projects range from the highly strategic to operational including building a scalable reporting infrastructure, evaluating market opportunities, supporting product growth strategies, sales pipeline analysis and regular review of key performance metrics
  • The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides daily exposure to senior executives
  • Evaluate ongoing business performance to support day-to-day operations, execution and success

 What you bring to the table:

  • The successful candidate will possess a passion for extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity
  • Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex models and presentations
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
