Moss is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Paid Search Marketer to manage all of our campaigns across multiple markets.

Your Role:   

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization, and scaling of Google ads (search, YouTube, display campaigns)
  • Developing holistic paid search marketing, remarketing, and nurturing strategies, leading and coordinating their implementation and optimization across the team
  • Responsible for building automation in ad account (bid & spend management etc.) making our accounts scalable to new markets
  • Developing & reviewing our keyword strategy, communication ideas, messages, as well as lead acquisition assets (videos, webinars, asset downloads, etc.)
  • Creating campaign reports relevant for different stakeholders across different markets on a regular basis & work closely with channel Account Managers (Facebook, Linkedin etc.) to stay updated on industry- and market insights
  • Accountable for devising & implementing ad testing frameworks to build scalable & efficient campaign concepts along with the Brand team
  • Creating new lead gen campaigns together with our CRM manager, ensuring a seamless testing & implementation process
  • Responsible for our search marketing tech stack as well as all tracking, paid search marketing budget & KPI reporting
  • Responsible for streamlining the campaign go-live process for all markets 
  • Coordinating closely with Salesforce, CRM, Martech, Sales, Content, Design & International teams to ensure advertising content is relevant & updated on all platforms

Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic and operational B2B paid search marketing in fast-growing companies, ideally across multiple markets 
  • You have already successfully built and scaled performance marketing "full funnel" from scratch with a clear ROI track record 
  • Experience in managing Google, Bing, Shopping ads (along with Amazon advertising & Apple search ads is a great plus)
  • You are a pro in building automation rules using javaScript & keyword management for B2B businesses
  • You have already successfully built and scaled performance marketing "full funnel" from scratch with a clear ROI track record 
  • Solid experience in planning, implementing, and scaling performance-driven online advertising (search ads & programmatic ads etc.) and marketing automation nurture flows 
  • Strong in conceptualizing and communicating and are able to plan and execute campaigns from start to finish across multiple touchpoints and channels 
  • Highly proficient with common marketing tech stacks (CMS, Marketing Automation, e.g. HubSpot, Email Marketing, etc.),  CRMs (Salesforce), and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio,  Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, etc.) 
  • Acting in an analytical, data-driven, and structured manner, constantly testing and optimizing campaigns, assets, and messaging 
  • Successfully managed at least six-figure budgets per month, managed agencies & worked in multicultural teams
  • Experience with DV360
  • You are fluent in German (would be a plus) and English
