As we are scaling, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer (Germany) to join our Customer Excellence team of innovative thinkers and contributors!
What you will do:
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success team in order to successfully onboard our customers in a tailor made way and drive our API integration process. You will also conduct discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and needs in order to find the best possible solution with our product and engineering team.
You will work closely with our customers and help them to achieve their integration goals by understanding their core need, play back to product and support to implement a tailor made solution. You will also be the first line of defence for all technical related questions for your internal stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of experience as Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant
- Wide experience in B2B SaaS on the post-sales side
- Experience with software integrations (API), documentation and good practices
- Comfortable solving technical challenges and explaining them to our stakeholders
- Capable of connecting the dots between tech and clients
- You are a team player, but you can just as easily work independently and drive your own projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- You are fluent in German and English
- Experience coding in Java
- Understanding of RESTful API
- Documentation and good practices
