The Role
We are looking to hire a Team Lead Account Scout for Moss’ Commercial Team in the Netherlands (based in Amsterdam). In this role, you will work closely with Daan, our Sales Lead - Netherlands, to actively grow our local book-of-business. As a Team Lead Account Scout,  you will play a leading role in accelerating Moss's sales growth by mentoring and coaching your team members. We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional for our Amsterdam team who has a passion to build something up with driving rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting. As the first point of contact for customers, you will arouse their interest and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the process. You build, develop and manage a constant lead pipeline. Through customer proximity and data-driven decision-making, you support us in achieving our sales targets.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Experience leading fast-growth teams
  • Facilitate on-boarding and training for new Account Scouts
  • Coach, mentor, provide feedback and improve the skill set and productivity of the Account Scout team with continuous training & development, sales enablement & excellence with partner programmes ensuring visibility, predictability, and consistency
  • Outreach to new tax advisors as partners to get referrals in the Netherlands 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new partners and should engage in partner sales activities
  • Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic ideas with other teams, including Marketing and Lead Management/Sales team by associating with campaigns, onboarding, recommending clients and negotiating the agreement
  • Have a sharp understanding of analysing data to identify trends and communicate with reporting results
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that takes you a long way with us and you approach challenges proactively
Your Skills & Experience
  • Work experience in a fast-growing company
  • Experience building new teams and onboarding employees
  • Talented at grasping problems and solutions quickly and you can familiarise yourself well with customers from different segments
  • Should have managed or coached an Account Scout/ SDR/BDR/Sales team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in, or at least a great deal of interest in, a constantly evolving FinTech product
  • High level of customer orientation, advisory skills and perseverance
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and like to approach challenges proactively
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
