What you bring:

  • Relevant professional experience in a high-growth B2B company
  • A high degree of customer orientation and consulting skills
  • Quick perception of problems and solutions, you can familiarize yourself well with customers from different segments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English
  • Experience in working with KPIs and a goal-oriented way of working

What your everyday work looks like:

  • You answer customer inquiries promptly and precisely by phone, email or chat
  • You know the needs of our customers and support them in using our functions
  • Good results and high customer satisfaction are important to you
  • You update our internal databases with information on technical issues as well as important interactions with customers
  • In case of customer complaints, you offer your support
  • You exchange ideas in the team on cases and effective solutions
  • You inform our customers about new features and updates
  • You follow up with our customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
