To this day we have 1000’s of live customers, we're awarded Fintech of the year in 2020, and have a team in place with experience building out foundations of numerous successful Fintech companies. As we are scaling, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Commercial Development team of innovative thinkers and contributors! 

As Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) you will play a key role in our growth in Germany.

What you will do:

  • Generate new business opportunities and take charge of the entire sales cycle: make phone calls, product demos, on-site appointments, negotiations and presentations to turn prospects into customers
  • Identify and map our business strengths to our prospects’ needs
  • Strategically develop relationships with CFOs, Finance Leaders, & technical end users using a consultative selling approach
  • Conduct product demos that ‘wow’ our prospects
  • Prepare and lead contract negotiations; and close deals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Operations

What you bring to the table:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training and have gained 3+ years experience in new business development, preferably in SaaS (full life-cycle)
  • You are experienced in the value-based selling approach
  • You are used to interact with the leadership teams of your customers (C-level included)
  • You are articulate and poised with a clear and concisely spoken and written communication style
  • You can always justify your arguments, communicate your ideas effectively and convince relevant stakeholders of your projects
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in German and English
