The NEAR Foundation is hiring a Technical Product Lead reporting to the Head of Product. In this role you will be serving as an advisor and contributor to multiple product work streams within the NEAR ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional product management skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to the team.

You Will

  • Lead the technical aspects of product development, including defining technical requirements, architecture and implementation strategies. 
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance by diagnosing root issues and offer guidance for solutions.
  • Drive Product Initiatives by collaborating cross functionally with nodes in the NEAR ecosystem to set roadmaps to execute.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improvements to our products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical matters, offering insights and recommendations to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Proven track record of setting technical strategies for large/ complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non tech audience as well as communicate strategy to a technical audience.
  • Significant technical background with knowledge and experience in the web3 and blockchain industry (Bonus if it’s NEAR or AI experience).
  • Have enough technical sophistication to ask technical questions and push towards well-reasoned decisions.
  • Ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience with navigating complex organizational structures and managing competing priorities.
