We are looking for Power BI Engineer,

Requirements: 

Proficiency in Power BI, Proven Experience of 3–5 Years:

  • Experience in creating reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI functionalities, such as Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power BI Service.
  • Ability to connect and transform data from various sources.
  • Fluent English

Database Management:

  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with other database systems and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

Data Analysis:

  • Competence in statistical and predictive analysis techniques.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for more complex data analysis.
  • Analytical and Soft Skills

Critical Thinking:

  • Ability to evaluate data objectively and question conclusions.
  • Skill in identifying hidden patterns and trends in data.

Problem-Solving:

  • Capability to tackle complex problems and find effective, data-driven solutions.

Attention to Detail:

  • Accuracy in handling and presenting data.
  • Ability to spot errors and anomalies in data.

Effective Communication:

  • Skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and compelling way.

  • Ability to tell stories with data, creating narratives that facilitate decision-making.

  • Skill in working as part of a team with other analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage projects and coordinate with different departments.
