We are looking for a Business Development:

Main responsibilities:

  • Have a good understanding of the products and services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Understand the needs of customers and respond effectively with a plan of how our product meets those needs.
  • Help on the development of the business sales and marketing strategy.
  • Generate leads and cold calls with leads and prospects.
  • Meet with customers/prospects/ leads face to face or virtually to present our products and services.
  • Elaborate client quotes / proposal and draft contracts to be reviewed and finished by legal areas.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Help to plan sales campaigns
  • Follow up the sales pipeline
  • Help Business development team on the negotiation of price reviews with customers.
  • Help on sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to management teams.
  • Seek for the appropriate contacts within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance/Marketing or similar
  • Willing to work in Software or Services Sales
  • IT skills, including the use of MS Office, SAP. MS Dynamics, HubSpot experience desired
  • Soft Skills (management, presentation skills, public speaking, self-motivated, etc.)
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
  • Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
  • Decision-making skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
  • On Site: Houston / Miami USA.
