Understanding different build tools (ie: Concourse, Teamcity, Jenkins)
Languages: Javascript and Bash, YML and Groovy
GitHub & GitHub Actions (Big Plus)
Build Tools & Build Pipelines
Docker knowledge deploy something from code to production (Version, Scan, Build, Docker, Deploy)
Strong debug skills
