Responsibilities:
The Business and Operations Analyst will report to the Company’s Senior Management. As a Business and Operations Analyst you would:
- Develop an understanding of the in-house order sending mechanisms, connectivities and exchange risk monitoring systems to support trading operations
- Participate in discussions with banks, exchanges, consultants, brokers and other service providers in India and abroad to find ideal solutions to suit the company’s requirements
- Build and improve on company processes related to the company’s activities in investment, trading, clearing, risk management, accounting and finance
- Drive discussions and deals with service providers for colocation infrastructure, low latency lease lines, computer hardware, prime brokerages and stock exchanges in India and abroad
- Provide management with timely business analyses across a range of topics, including reporting on the company’s trading activity, competitor analysis and operational efficiency
- Support team members on ad-hoc projects and business needs
Qualifications:
The ideal requirements for our candidates are:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for business purposes
- Ability to take ownership of projects and to lead them independently to successful conclusions
- Familiarity with end user computing tools like Microsoft office and other equivalent products
- Knowledge of GSuite products such as Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Shell and Python scripting
