Role Overview

Nothing Technology is seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to lead and support product marketing campaigns from initial planning through production to post-campaign analysis. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, align with creative and strategic briefs, and stay within budget. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with various departments—including Product, Brand & Creative, Social, Original Content, Community, Growth & Go-To-Market, Regional, and Finance—to ensure seamless project execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to advance within a fast-growing company, who thrives on challenges and is passionate about learning all facets of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables align with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Support senior project managers in executing high-profile product marketing projects.
  • Utilise project management tools to create timelines, monitor progress, and streamline workflows for the team.
  • Maintain and update key project documentation, including marketing roll-out, briefs, schedules, status reports, and performance trackers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on schedules, resources, and communication.
  • Organise and manage critical marketing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
  • Monitor project budgets, address scope changes, and collaborate with Finance to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate invoice processing, purchase order creation, and vendor management, including new supplier setups.
  • Coordinate Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements in partnership with senior project managers and the Legal team.
  • Offer production support during shoots and other creative initiatives when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the product marketing team as needed.

About You

  • Passionate about marketing, project management, and ensuring processes run smoothly, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clear coordination across teams.
  • Problem-solver who proactively addresses challenges and is comfortable asking questions to drive continuous improvement.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
  • Interest in industries such as technology, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or marketing coordination, preferably involving 360-degree integrated campaigns within an agency or brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and working across departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in budget tracking, financial management, and ensuring project financials stay on course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in creative production, including managing photo or video shoots.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, with the ability to measure and report on platform performance.
  • Design-savvy, with a strong understanding of visual design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
