Nothing's debut smartphone, Phone (1), earned Time Magazine’s prestigious Best Inventions for Innovative Smartphone Design award. Through cutting-edge design and user interface innovation, the London-based company is creating an alternative ecosystem of tech products for the young and creative.

In 2023, the company launched Phone (2) to wide acclaim from its community, the media, and design enthusiasts, and in 2024, Nothing launched its CMF Phone 1, and Nothing Phone (2a) Series, with both receiving an overwhelmingly positive reception.

To date, Nothing has sold more than 7 million units worldwide across its product lines, having released five audio products, five smartphones, and two smart wearables under the Nothing and CMF by Nothing brands. The company has amassed a cumulative revenue of $1 billion.

All products are developed in close collaboration with the Nothing Community, which includes over 8,000 private investors and are crafted with sustainability at the forefront.

Nothing is a UK-based privately held company with backing from GV (formerly Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, C Ventures and other private investors including Tony Fadell (Principal at Future Shape & inventor of the iPod), Casey Neistat (YouTube personality and Co-founder of Beme), Kevin Lin (Co-founder of Twitch) and Steve Huffman (Co-founder and CEO of Reddit).

The Role


Do you live and breathe social media? Are you always ahead of the curve, knowing the latest trends before they go viral? If you're someone who has a knack for creating content that not only engages but also entertains, we want you on our team. We're seeking a Senior Associate, Social Media who can elevate our brand with sharp, on-trend content across all our social platforms.

 

You will….

 Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and captures attention across social platforms.

  • Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels.
  • Create briefs and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Participate in conversations, engage with our audience, and build connections to boost brand presence.
  • Regularly reporting social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, providing valuable insights to refine our strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth, and provide insights to refine our strategies.
  • Work closely with our global marketing and regional teams to maintain consistency and alignment in our campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, bringing new ideas to keep our strategy relevant.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ideate and develop social-first campaigns.

Skills we’re looking for… 

  •     Possess a genuine passion and proven understanding of all social media channels.
  •     Be creative and able to come up with innovative ideas.
  •     Video editing, photo editing and copywriting.
  •     Understanding of social media metrics – able to interpret results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  •     A people’s person loving building communities and interacting with communities
