Via our OpenUp platform, employees receive direct access to health checks, self-help programs, webinars, mindfulness sessions and a large team of recognized psychologists.

That's why we are expanding our international commercial team and are looking for like-minded talent.

 

Your job

You are part of a diverse and international commercial team where Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Publishing and Psychologists work closely together to ensure that as many client employees as possible use OpenUp’s services. As Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal customer experience for the employees of our clients. This will include onboarding new clients, inventing new (creative) ways of activating employees, regular check-in moments and collaborating with other teams such as marketing, sales, product and psychologists to ensure our services are well-tailored to the needs of our customers. Through regular check-in moments, in which you discuss performance and growth, you will ensure that our clients stay happy and become ambassadors.

About you

Next to that:

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in a client-facing (support) role.
  • You have an academic level of thinking, but personality and appearance are more important to us than diplomas.
  • You are a self-starter who brings in new ideas.
  • You have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You are a born team player who radiates positive energy.
  • You are curious, flexible, organised, and decisive.
  • You are at ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Dutch.
  • You are preferably living in the Randstad.

Users can start directly with various online programs and connect face to face with a psychologist. All programs are evidence-based, result-oriented and short and sweet. Sustainable results come from daily practice and users are supported by an accessible system and network of psychologists. We offer our services all over Europe, in various languages. We help hundreds of people every day and the number of users is growing fast.
