You will be part of a team of three team leads reporting to the Chief Healthcare Officer of Open Up. In joining our company wide esteemed leadership team, you will have the unique opportunity to forge new paths and revolutionise the way we approach psychology and mental well-being. Your visionary ideas and innovative concepts will shape the landscape of our organization and make a profound impact on the lives of countless individuals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading an effective and efficient team of psychologists to reach their full potential
- Recruitment and capacity planning: monitor number of psychologists required (across languages), plan ahead and drive recruitment efforts
- Ensure we achieve the client impact goals set
- Proactively work with other Open Up functions (Product, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales) to understand our client needs for psychologists services and prioritize effectively with a focus on the DACH market
- Execute on our roadmap together with our Product and Content team
- Facilitate and develop our learning & development program for psychologists, e.g. our WOW XXL trainings
- Driving our strong performance management processes for the teams of psychologists
- Set up scalable processes to guarantee our quality promises
- Lead by example by delivering high quality 1 on 1 sessions with clients (~25% of your time)
- Be a role model in our way of working and psychological vision of wellbeing, and inspire your team
- Drive new concepts, specifically in the DACH market, formulate a vision on the format, go to market strategy and ensure training is in place
What you’ll need:
- Master degree in psychology (having a degree from a recognized university in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is a plus)
- Native German Speaker and fluent in English
- Well informed in DACH region on development of wellbeing programs, mental healthcare etc
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to a non-clinical audience
- Pré: be able to work from Amsterdam Office on a regular basis
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a respectable company in the DACH region. Relevant experience could be in three different areas
- Experience as a psychologist in a clinical setting including 1:1 treatment
- Experience as a HR business partner, having worked with leadership on improving employees wellbeing
- Experience in a leadership role including 1:1 coaching
