Your Job:

As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility is to contribute to our mission of making mental well-being accessible to all by continuously improving our HR service delivery and the employee experience of our colleagues. You have around 2-3 years of experience in HR. You understand the importance of HR Operations and can design and execute processes flawlessly. You are customer-focused and action-oriented. On top of that, you love managing complexity and optimizing work processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, absence management, HR administration, etc.), including continuous improvement of core HR processes and their integration with technology

  • Ensure that legal compliance standards are met (through our processes).

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees for their inquiries and concerns; providing guidance, advice, and problem-solving throughout their employee experience.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to execute HR processes and associated activities.

  • Ownership and execution of selected HR roadmap deliveries: e.g. engagement initiatives, etc.

  • Contribute in the design and fully execute people policies and programmes (e.g., recognition program, engagement survey, etc.).


Required Skills:


  • Knowledge and experience working with Dutch labor law, Dutch speaker

  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized and customer-focused

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Versatile, able to handle both tactical and operational HR tasks with a can-do mentality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize and prioritize work

  • Interest in developing mental well-being knowledge for self and the organization

  • Knowledge of HR best practices

  • Passionate about technology and innovation and how latest technological advancements will influence HR practices


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with hyper-growth is a plus.

  • Experience in an international HR setting is a plus.
