About You:
As an energetic Customer Success Consultant focused on Small Business Engagement, your passion for mental well-being and building meaningful customer relationships is crucial. In this role, you'll be pivotal to our mission at OpenUp, concentrating on clients with less than 100 employees to help them derive the greatest value from our services. Your role involves a mix of commercial skill, empathy, a solid understanding of our platform and the ability to organize and facilitate cohort-building activities that drive customer activation and engagement.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cohort Development: Lead the creation and management of customer cohorts, specifically designed to engage small business clients and drive activation of our services.
  • Engagement and Activation Workshops: Organize and conduct workshops and Q&A sessions, offering these businesses opportunities to connect, learn, and ask questions about maximizing their use of our platform.
  • Growth and Retention Strategies: Implement strategies focused on the retention and growth of small business accounts, ensuring they find continuous value and support in our services.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts within small business accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement with OpenUp’s offerings.
  • Commercial Expansion: Renew contracts and ultimately grow the book of business.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer journey and experience optimization.
  • Insights and Feedback Loop: Actively collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and contribute to the overall strategy for engaging small business segments.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong foundational skills in customer success or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conducting engaging workshops and interactive sessions.
  • Ability to organize and mobilize groups, fostering community and activation among targeted customer cohorts.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • German and English professional proficiency.

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively.
  • Spanish or Dutch professional proficiency is a huge plus.
