Your job
As the Dutch Content Specialist, you possess an expert grasp of the Dutch market, trends, and nuances, coupled with a natural flair for crafting compelling narratives or sharp one-liners that resonate deeply with the Dutch audience. Your in-depth knowledge of the market feeds our calendar and content strategy.
You will be responsible for creating all copy and content in native Dutch. This will require you to craft strong copy for our website, landing pages, SEO-friendly articles, online course copy, video scripts, newsletters, and other content that speaks to our audience (employees, managers and HR professionals) and converts.

What you will be doing
- Tap into your creativity and use advanced technologies, including AI, to create engaging content for our editorial and marketing channels. This includes writing SEO-friendly articles, crafting landing pages, developing newsletters & email templates, producing website copy, and creating courses that match our brand's tone of voice;
- Translate or coordinate translations from English or German to Dutch;
- Provide input for and work on new content ideas and creative ways to repurpose content that works;
- Analyse the content efforts (via a data-driven approach) and optimise accordingly;
- Research and connect with inspiring keynote speakers to organise interactive live events (e.g. masterclasses) for our Dutch-speaking users;
- Host online events in Dutch with our psychologists and lifestyle experts (e.g. masterclasses);
- Constantly aim for improving ways of working. You live and breathe new technologies and firmly believe that they’re a powerful ally in gaining efficiency and accuracy.

- You have 2-3 years of experience in the field of content or related to communications, journalism, or marketing;
- You are a native Dutch writer and speaker, no spelling mistake is safe for you;
- You know the Dutch market inside out, you stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and create impactful content accordingly;
- You are available for 36 to 40 hours per week;
- You are creative and strong with words; you know how to write an impactful story, consistent SEO-optimised content, or killer newsletter that makes people click;
- You are a multimedia content Specialist and an AI catalyst. You Embrace new technologies and proactively look for opportunities to make processes and content creation more efficient and scalable;
- You have a natural on-camera presence and are ready to host and introduce live events in Dutch (or you are ready to be trained to do so);
- You have a data-driven approach and know how to analyse the performance of your content;
- You know how to create a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand;
- You have a big interest in mental well-being;
- You like to work in a fast-paced environment;
- You live in the Randstad area.
