The Customer Data Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role at Optimove, serving as the primary data consultant and solution architect for our largest and most complex clients. This position is ideally suited for individuals with a strong technical background, complemented by outstanding communication and presentation abilities

- Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs, translating these insights into tailored product configurations and data-driven solutions.
- Design data models, predictive analytics, and KPIs to support and enhance clients' business performance.
- Present, visualize, and communicate data-driven insights and solutions effectively to clients.
- Serve as a consultant and problem solver, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize data integration and help clients to fully leverage Optimove.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while collaborating across various business and technical teams.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or consultancy roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose business challenges and propose effective data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- High motivation, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a consultancy-oriented environment.
- Agile, ambitious, and highly capable of multitasking.
- Experience with Snowflake (advantage).
