The HR team in the TLV office is expanding and is looking for a motivated, independent and fun-loving Office & Employee Experience Manager to join us. As an Office & Employee Experience Manager at Optimove, you will be a focal point for all employees and managers, with the ability to significantly impact our company culture and office vibes in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and drive initiatives to continuously improve our employees’ well-being, while ensuring they align with our company and business goals.
- Own end-to-end employee experience initiatives such as company events, happy hours, fun activities, holiday gifts, etc.
- Oversee and track the employee experience budget, while maximizing impact within budget constraints.
- Support employee life cycle stages and experiences from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Support Employer brand initiatives to promote Optimove as a best place to work, both internally and externally.
- Support employees' flight booking and accommodation through a traveling platform.
- Support the Office Manager with all office management requirements, including office maintenance, orders, deliveries, and more.
- Work closely with the Finance team to approve POs and invoices, employee expenses, and company credit cards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – must.
- Availability for a full-time position (9:00-18:00, on-site) - must.
- Previous experience in a similar role – must.
- Fluent English (written & verbal) – must.
- Tech savvy, with excellent Office skills (Outlook & Excel) – must.
- Highly organized and efficient, able to work at a high pace and under pressure.
- Able to plan and drill down to details to ensure smooth and high-quality execution of projects and tasks, from small to complex.
- Highly responsible and independent.
- Great interpersonal skills and service-oriented - a warm, patient, and positive attitude.
