We’re seeking an innovative and technically adept Product Marketing Manager to lead the market success of our solutions. This role is perfect for a marketer with deep experience in customer data platforms (CDPs), databases, and marketing technology. You’ll partner with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, deliver impactful messaging, and represent the voice of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expertise: Act as the company’s expert on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to guide product development and positioning.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Own the development and execution of GTM strategies, ensuring a seamless launch and promotion of new capabilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product management and sales to align market needs with product offerings, driving adoption and customer value.
- Product Enablement: Lead product release efforts for our orchestration and channel offerings, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are equipped with effective enablement tools and content.
- Thought Leadership: Establish Optimove’s leadership in the Martech space by contributing to industry events, webinars, and thought-provoking content.
- Content Development: Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives and materials that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Martech Expertise: 3-5 years of product marketing experience in the Martech industry, with a strong understanding of CDPs, databases, and related technologies.
- B2B Focus: At least 2 years of experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating success in collaborating with sales and product teams. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing product launches and campaigns with measurable results.
- Technical Acumen: Extensive experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a strong background in data infrastructure ecosystems and core data storage platforms.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills, paired with the ability to influence product strategy and positioning.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive storytelling.
