As a Senior FP&A Analyst and Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities across our business units, with a specific focus on delivering financial insights, including FinOps and cloud cost management.

As part of the FP&A team, you will utilize your expertise to deliver meaningful financial insights and work closely with various teams to support strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with Senior Management, contributing to the corporate FP&A strategy. Your responsibilities will include providing insights for shareholder reporting, supporting KPI-driven financial strategies, and influencing the organization’s future growth through detailed analysis and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the finance business partner and advisor to our business units: collaborate with Senior Management to align financial plans with operational goals and KPIs.
  • Responsible for managing the financial analysis of cloud computing, focusing on cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and aligning business objectives with cloud spending.
  • Develop and maintain financial modeling, reports, and dashboards for management to support strategic planning initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and analyze the company’s financial processes e.g. Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Budget vs. Actual, etc. and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and develop budgeting, periodic forecasting, financial analysis processes, and operational metrics to provide data-driven decisions.
  • Proactively improve, optimize, and automate financial processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a science-related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as FP&A / Finance Analyst / Economist – must.
  • Proven experience in partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to influence decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Certification in cloud financial management or FinOps (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner) is a big advantage.
  • Understanding of SaaS and relevant industry metrics – must. 
  • Expert modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint,t and analytical tools e.g. PowerBI.
  • Be the gatekeeper with a mindset of growth enabler and the right approach of assertiveness.
  • Business acumen with an understanding of the “big picture” but also being able to deep-dive into details with great attention and a sense of accuracy.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient in executing multiple projects with a sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under short delivery times.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English – native-speaking level.
