We’re looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team and work directly with the VP of Marketing to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating projects across marketing teams, enforcing processes, and ensuring alignment with company priorities. This is a temporary position, a replacement for maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing projects across various teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain weekly reports to track project progress, team efficiency, and key marketing metrics.
- Process Compliance: Ensure marketing processes are followed and optimize workflows for efficiency and consistency.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and lead weekly and monthly meetings, ensuring discussions are structured and action items are documented.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with different departments across the company to prioritize their requests from the marketing team and ensure alignment with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in project management, preferably within a marketing team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar) - advantage
- Excellent communication skills to keep teams aligned and accountable.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Native or native-level English.
