We are expanding our Gaming Sales Team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound engagement, generate new business opportunities, and support Account Executives (AEs) in growing our presence in EMEA & APAC. Key Responsibilities 

  • Own outbound prospecting activities, targeting iGaming operators in EMEA & APAC through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and personalized outreach. 
  • Research and identify key decision-makers (Marketing, CRM, Retention, Player Engagement, Data teams) within target accounts. 
  • Leverage sales tools (CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to execute and track outreach campaigns. 

Sales & Pipeline Support 

  • Qualify leads and book high-value meetings for Account Executives (AEs). 
  • Conduct introductory discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and challenges. 
  • Deliver the Optimove value proposition, including running high-level product demos. 
  • Support AEs with strategic account planning, competitive research, and deal qualification. 

Industry Engagement & Networking 

  • Attend iGaming industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to build relationships and identify opportunities. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements. 

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support 

  • Work closely with Marketing, AEs and Partner team on outbound campaign strategies and messaging. 
  • Provide feedback on market trends, messaging effectiveness, and customer pain points. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to enhance industry knowledge and ensure alignment on client needs. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales-related role, preferably in iGaming, MarTech, SaaS, or B2B software. 
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns, prioritise tasks, and meet targets. 
  • Experience adopting creative outreach techniques that cut through the noise.
  • Comfortable running discovery calls, introductory pitches, and high-level demos.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • The position is based in London, with 2-3 days per week based in our new office.
