Junior Full Stack Engineer

Outbrain’s R&D is looking for top-notch software engineers who will shape the technology of the world’s top content recommendation network.

Our scale

• We require thousands of servers across multiple data centers to serve our traffic.
• > 10k Kubernetes pods.
• Many dozens of services and data stores are accessed for each served request. We have a Netflix style micro services architecture where all pieces must fit together to deliver on performance and correctness.

 A day in the life

• Develop elegant web UIs using the most up to date technologies (such as Typescript, Angular, React and more)
• Implement hybrid integration processes.
• Work in an Impact Driven development environment.
• Build scalable, extensible, and robust server-side APIs using, among other things, Java/Node
• Development in a Microservices CI\CD environment

What you’ll bring

• B.Sc. in Computer Science
• Engagement with open source projects is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus:

• Experience in front end/full stack development in a product based company.
