This sales and operations work involves promoting our products to advertising agencies and end advertisers, managing and analyzing advertising campaigns, and acquiring and upselling our products to new clients.  You will manage projects/campaigns and scale them up through proposals to clients.  Cooperation with sales is very important in this position.

 

A day in the life

  • Understanding the client's business and marketing issues
  • Making appointments with clients (mainly by e-mail)
  • Develop and propose native advertising strategies with optimization considerations
  • Evaluate KPI and plan and propose various marketing analysis methods
  • Recommend effective and beneficial alternatives based on customer engagement and attribution
  • Analyze and improve operational parameters related to campaign design, bid management, and other creative aspects
  • Fixed point observations, analysis, and reporting on the implementation of improvement measures
  • Efficient and appropriate recording and communication of information

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in the advertising industry (DSP and Trade Desk experience a plus)
  • Expertise in DSP operations or experience advising trade desks on campaign optimization using DSPs
  • Experience managing display ads, listings, social ads, and native ads
  • Expertise and experience in the application of the above
  • Advanced analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Interest in technology and changes in the business environment and ability to absorb and process information quickly
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments within the company
  • Communication skills and drive to get things don
  • Good command of English at a business level
