We're seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Partner for a temporary position (maternity Leave replacement for 7 months) to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on our success and to help us grow, by hiring excellent people.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, phone screening, behavioral interviews to hiring great employees.

 A day in the life

  • You will manage an End-to-End recruiting process focusing on tech and business roles predominantly in Israel, but with the potential to hire globally.
  • Source and creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
  • Be data-driven! This will be part of your day to day to inform hiring decisions and measure results. Conduct reports and analyze data as part of your day-to-day hiring decisions, including measuring results.
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
  • You’ll be part of a global HR team where you can raise ideas,  improve current processes and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way

What you’ll bring

  • A recruitment professional with 3+ years of experience in the high-tech industry
  • Experience in global hiring and engineering hiring is a must!
  • Deep knowledge of various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)
  • Result-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge - you’re always hungry for the next best hire!
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills.
  • A deep understanding of an exceptional candidate.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Behavioral Studies/Social Sciences/Organizational Development/other related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
