About the role

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for driving horizontal projects that span across the entire Product and Engineering functions, with the ultimate goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness. This role focuses on managing and maintaining tools and platforms, implementing and optimizing processes.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain and optimize systems and tools used by the Product team to enhance their productivity.
  • Lead projects that are orthogonal to the responsibilities of Product Managers and drive PM’s input to these projects.
  • Implement, maintain and optimize processes to improve product team efficiency that are decentralized and run by each product area.
  • Run selected centralized routine processes.
  • Manage internal stakeholders (PM, Engineering, PMM, SE, etc.) to collect requirements, drive projects and give visibility on the projects.

 

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role (Product Manager/Owner, Software Engineer, Product Ops, Project Manager, etc).
  • Masters of project management tools such as Jira.
  • Confident working with data.
  • Have closely worked as/with Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • Exhibit hands-on attitude in solving problems, creating processes and managing tooling.
  • Have integrated new tools into their company process.
