About the Role

We are looking for an Receptionist to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, provide general support to visitors , and ultimately give high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The Receptionist is expected to be on-site and to support all business functions as regular requests occur with a primary focus on HR admin support, correspondence with vendors, office events and visitors. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining office space and welcoming visitors
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
  • Work with colleagues to coordinate items being mailed or couriered between offices
  • Shipping employee packs to new starters in all locations
  • Organizing logistics for all new starters who visit Sofia including accommodation and travel - including being the point of contact for frequently used vendors
  • Serve as point of contact for building management and 3rd party vendors
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
