About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to bring structure, execution, and data-driven decision-making to our fast-moving People team. In this role, you will own OKRs, manage people systems, and drive execution on key people projects, ensuring that our initiatives—ranging from performance reviews to engagement surveys—run smoothly and effectively.
You’ll be at the heart of how we scale, aligning the People team with business priorities, improving efficiency, and ensuring we make informed decisions based on real data. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage People & Talent OKRs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee and optimize HR & TA systems, driving efficiency and adoption across the company.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional People projects, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and HR tech implementations.
- Improve operational effectiveness by tracking key People metrics and providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the central reporting owner within the People team, ensuring the team and the business have clear visibility into progress, blockers, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the VP of People to review and maintain the project roadmap in alignment with the needs of the company - identifying and escalating blockers, recommending changes and additions to scope and prioritizing action items.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisitionto drive execution and efficiency.
- Implement scalable solutions that keep our People team agile while supporting the company’s growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management, People Operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience with HR systems, tools, and reporting (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Engagement Platforms).
- Ability to track, measure, and analyze People metrics, turning insights into action.
- A structured, execution-driven mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and get things done.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR/People projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and influence decisions.
