We’ve launched a brand new software category, Decision Intelligence, which we want to spearhead and become the trusted, global voice of. 

We’re opening up the Peak platform to more organizations, empowering businesses to now build their own Decision Intelligence solutions and applications for the very first time.

The Purpose

Establish the winning proposition for Peak to achieve global dominance with Decision Intelligence within the Manufacturing sector.

The Role

  • You will become a senior leader within one of the worlds most exciting tech companies
  • You will be given the chance to create and execute the strategy that establishes Peak as the Market leader in Decision Intelligence.
  • You will have the ability to create value propositions which transform the way some of the world's most respected brands operate

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the commercial strategy to enable Peak to scale to IPO + beyond by being the market leader in Decision Intelligence within your sector.
  • Own and drive our Manufacturing Go To Market strategy
  • Partner with product, product marketing, data science and sales teams to map the evolution and growth of our offer to the Manufacturing sector.
  • Work with Gartner and other analyst firms to gain market intelligence and amplify our Manufacturing GTM.
  • Be the spokesperson and thought leader for Peak in Manufacturing, speaking at events, webinars, authoring blogs and social media posts.
  • Use your network within the sectors to help the Peak sales teams establish new relationships.
  • Provide input into our product roadmap to meet the needs of our current and future customers within your sectors.
  • Responsible for net $ ARR growth (new sales minus churn) within the Manufacturing sector.

Open - ability to talk through challenging situations with customers, partners and the Peak team and always call it as it is. Plus don’t be afraid to admit you don’t have all the answers when the time occurs.

Driven - You strive to be great in everything you do, from constantly building valuable customer networks to exceeding ARR.

Curious - you have the ability to dig deep and understand market dynamics and customer challenges in order to drive valuable outcomes. Keep asking “how can we 10x?”

Smart - ability to think differently and challenge the status quo to ensure you and your team can deliver transformational results.

Responsible - Lead by example, set new standards for the whole company

Required Experience 

  • Experience with the Manufacturing sector either as a supply chain manager, demand planner, strategy leader, project manager, consultant or experience partnering with customers in the Manufacturing sector whilst working in a technology or information services business. 
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chains, including the SCOR framework.
  • Great communication skills and experience leading a cross functional team to drive transformational results. 
  • Understanding of, and enthusiasm for, how technology is disrupting supply chain, demand planning and manufacturing in general.
  • An existing network within the sector which can enable Peak to grow our market share and thought leadership position.
  • Experience of owning go to market strategies which resulted in the growth of market share.
  • The ability to work at pace whilst delivering great - not good - outputs.
  • Out of the box thinking which comes naturally as we are constantly challenging ourselves to "Do Great" for our customers and our team.
