Our mission is to change the way the world works by democratizing AI for every business, and to build a great company – that everyone loves being a part of. These two goals haven’t changed since the days when Peak was little more than an idea forming in the heads of our founders Richard, Atul and Dave. 

It’s an incredibly exciting time at Peak; we’re growing rapidly off the back of our $75m Series C funding round (2021), led by SoftBank, and we have very ambitious plans for the future. 

We’ve launched a brand new software category, Decision Intelligence, which we want to spearhead and become the trusted, global voice of. 

We’re opening up the Peak platform to more organizations, empowering businesses to now build their own Decision Intelligence solutions and applications for the very first time. 

All of this means that we’re expanding our team rapidly, with huge growth plans in place. But we know that culture and success come hand in hand, so creating and protecting an amazing company culture that’s true to our values remains really important to Peak and our mission.

Engineering at Peak 

  • Software Engineers at Peak are bridging the gap between traditional software engineering and the emerging world of AI. Our engineers spend their time building the Peak platform and delivering AI solutions to leading global brands, revolutionizing the way they use their data. Our team is filled with natural problem solvers who are developing industry-leading skills and using cutting-edge technologies.
  • DevOps Engineers at Peak work with developers and data scientists enabling them to be autonomous and self-sufficient, empowering them to do great things with data by building great infrastructure and automation into the world's first end to end AI platform. You will be utilising a passion for building great automation and infrastructure with Linux, Docker, AWS and more to build the best AI platform in the world.
  • QA Engineers at Peak help our platform stay consistently world class through working closely with our product and software engineering squads to ensure the highest quality output for our customers. 
  • Support Engineers at Peak work closely with the Engineering team along with the Data Science & Customer Success team, to support the end users of the Peak platform. Our platform leverages serverless architecture and the ability to handle data at scale; enabling businesses to productionize AI, end-to-end, in a single platform.
