A key member of the marketing and wider commercial team at Peak, this role is responsible for creating and executing the company’s digital strategy. You should have in-depth digital marketing experience and the tactical knowledge of implementation to build and maintain a strong digital presence, whilst working closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. 

You will have a proven track record as a data-driven and results-oriented contributor gained at B2B software companies, familiar with marketing to larger organisations. The position reports to the Head of Growth (currently hiring), and works closely with the VP of Marketing. As the digital lead you will hold a proven track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies with technical acumen and a working knowledge of industry trends and best practice. 

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management and Optimisation

  • Leverage experience in WordPress to maintain and enhance the website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing platform.
  • Apply UX/UI optimisation skills to improve user journeys, enhancing the overall user experience and clarifying content for specific target markets.
  • Responsible for the overall website strategy including design, development and roadmap using agencies as needed.

Search

  • Manage and execute sitewide SEO (e.g. define global and localised keywords, improve search performance, optimise landing pages, diversify sources of traffic by using local search engines, planning and delivering link-building strategies).
  • Cross team collaboration, working closely with marketing/content team to educate and provide guidance for SEO optimisation for landing pages, blog, social and PR.

Paid Advertising

  • Be responsible for omnichannel and paid media strategies and execute aligned with pipeline targets across a variety of platforms. Manage paid media agencies and channels including but not limited to paid social and display. Utilise data and industry insight to inform decision making.

Campaign Support

  • Work with Campaign Strategy Manager to develop distribution plans for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, PPC, and paid social.
  • Similarly, work with Head of Growth to drive the deployment of account-based marketing strategies to effectively target and engage key accounts.

Reporting

  • Monitor sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and ensure channels are achieving targets with Google Analytics and Salesforce 
  • Directly responsible for key paid channel execution, performance and budget
  • Establish KPIs for your programs while continuously tracking performance through working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, SEMRush.
  • Develop and manage A/B testing protocols to refine and optimise campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Prior digital marketing experience in a B2B tech company.
  • Proven track record providing ROI and achieving targets as part of a growth or marketing team.
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with sales teams to build revenue pipelines.
  • Solid track record in implementing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn), account-based marketing, SEO, and other demand-generation activities.
  • A data-driven self-starter with a strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Passionate about SEO, you have a proven track record of delivering successful SEO strategies, specifically in driving pipeline growth.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of organic search trends, including search engine algorithm changes and the latest tools and technologies.
  • Must have experience with Wordpress, Salesforce and Pardot (or similar). 
  • Previous web agency or SEO agency management experience.
