WHAT TO EXPECT:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our growing People team at Phiture. You will work directly with our department leads, acting as a trusted sparring partner and advisor to them while reporting to our Director of People and Culture. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work closely with our department leads and act as a sparring partner to them while delivering strategic People & Culture solutions in conjunction with our business goals and objectives
- Advise key stakeholders regarding people topics and coach leaders to develop their people leadership skills further
- Drive key People & Culture-related projects and process improvements (e.g., L&D, performance review model revamp, engagement, and retention)
- Be the go-to partner for department leads on any People-related topics and act as the vital link between people and the business
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Solid experience as an HR business partner, working with an international team in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of German labor law
- Experience with driving L&D projects and initiatives
- Experience in structuring Performance Review projects focused on measurable objectives
- Process-driven approach and passion for data-based problem-solving
- Organizational talent - you will need to juggle communicating with multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Empathetic, people-centric approach and know-how to balance this with the business needs of a company
